10:71-1.10 Revisions of the chapter
The Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services shall issue revisions and changes
to this chapter as necessary. It is the responsibility of each holder of the chapter to maintain
its accuracy by inserting new material and removing obsolete pages promptly.
